Hey There, I'm Lauren.

I'm a photographer based out in Kansas City, Missouri - ope, you know it, I've lived in the Midwest my entire life! I'm a big believer in kindness and equality. I have two beautiful kiddo's and a wonderful husband who supports every crazy idea I have. I've been a stay-at-home mom since the start of the pandemic, and while I absolutely love spending all of my time with my kids, I needed to be something other than mom.

My love for photography started when my mom purchased her first professional camera in 2007 and I took every opportunity I could to play with it when she wasn't looking. Ever since then, I've been an avid iPhone photographer. When I expressed to my husband in 2020 that I wanted to get my own professional camera, he surprised me on Mother's Day with one. I've been annoying my family and friends to take pictures ever since, and now, we're here.

I want to capture genuine smiles, laughs, silly faces, and every other emotion in the book. I thrive with candid-ness, though I still love a good pose. I am very true to color, and I'm not afraid to branch out and try something super artistic/creative. Let's make your memories last forever!
